For Our People

F&B Farms and Nursery is dedicated to providing a safe and productive workplace.  To us, sustainability must start at the base level of each of our lives.  With that said we strive to provide our employee's with a clean, safe and happy work enviroment.  Our employees receive ongoing training in safe practices and proper product handling.  This leads to a positive work atmosphere that helps us produce higher quality products.  

We also feel it is important to be involved in our surrounding community.  We strive to promote education in the local community schools.  To this end we work closely with the local FFA chapters, we support school fundraisers, and we provided assistance to a local elementary school to support science training for young students.  We try to regularly support local service organizations as well.

Lastly, we believe our industry allows us to provide people with happiness.  Flowers bring joy and well being to peoples lives.  In our opinion it is a proven fact that people living in a bright, cheery enviroment live longer and more fullfilled lives.  So we feel very blessed to be able to make a living bringing people happiness.  BEE HAPPY!
